Name: The Missouri Council of School Administrators (MCSA)
About: MCSA is a 501(c)3 nonprofit umbrella organization for two autonomous statewide professional associations of public school administrators. Those associations are the Missouri Association of School Administrators (MASA)*, which serves school superintendents, and the Missouri Association of Elementary School Principals (MAESP), which serves elementary and middle school principals. MCSA exists for the sole purpose of providing quality professional development opportunities for school administrators, central office administrators, secondary and elementary administrators, and professional/non professional staff. (Source)
